Pin-up lampshade with Gil Elvgren girls

A little background: it turned out to be difficult to find silk in the red-pink color range. So I decided to sew silk ribbons. It was a good decision because I harmonized the texture of the sewn ribbons with the blue plush fabric (welsoft).

Silk charmeuse, faux silk with a satin sheen, grosgrain ribbon and cotton lace sewn together, silk fringe and beading using crystal beads.
