If you're Lebanese or are familiar with Lebanese cuisine, then you probably would have seen these beautiful egg pans on tables. Whether it’s your sunny side up, your Bayd bi Awarma (Eggs with preserved meat), makanek or sujok with pomegranate molasses, they’ve always had their own special charm.

The egg pans come in different sizes. Make sure to pick the right size for you and your family.

Cooking instructions: Always start with low temperature at first to avoid thermal shock

* It is not recommended to use it on an electric stove
** The terracotta pans are not non-stick. It is always recommended to use oil or butter
*** Always expect a longer cooking time with terracotta pans as they are thicker than the usual non stick pans

Serving Instructions: The terracotta absorbs heat. When serving, it is recommended to use trivets that are heat safe such as wood, metal or glass.
